Mat Pilates will focus on controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to build core strength. It will also utilize the training of the arms and legs as well as the trunk muscles. Yoga will focus on the union of mind, body, and spirit while developing flexibility, strength, and balance. Students will be encouraged to work at their own pace and to "Listen to their bodies."
All ages and skill levels are welcome. Due to COVID-19, you have the option to attend in person OR view it livestream from the comfort of your own home. Links to the class will be sent out when you register for the class.

1 day per week: $30/month
2 days per week: $45/month (you have to call 281-478-2050 to register for 2x week)
To better serve our community, Deer Park Parks and Recreation Department (DPPARD) contracts out several programs. Due to advanced planning with the contracted instructors, it is at the discretion of the instructor to decide to issue a refund for said program. Only with the approval from the instructor will the DPPARD issue the refund. In the event the Department cancels any program, a full refund will be promptly issued.
