Join us on Friday, September 23rd at 11:00 AM as Kathleen Maca (Professional Historian and Author) will give a discussion on Victorian Funeral Customs. As a well known Texas Historian, Kathleen Maca is very knowledgeable in Galveston cemeteries, Texas tales, and haunting stories as well. She will also share a preview of her latest book, A History of the Hotel Galvez, as well as a book signing after the presentation. You will not want to miss it! Refreshments provided by the Friends of the Deer Park Public Library.
