Food & Beverage
All food and beverage items served in the Republic Grill must be supplied and prepared by the facilities culinary team. All of food and beverage services are charged a 20% service charge on the total amount of your event.
Billing & Deposits
We accept all major credit cards for your convenience. Non-refundable advance deposits of 50% are required 60 days in advance of your event. The remainder of the balance is due 3 working days prior to your event, at which time your guaranteed number of guests attending is also due. Any additional charges or overages will be charged and applicable tax.
